Staff were amazing friendly and extremely friendly!

All the services were good. The room we had included TV set, a seating area and a writing desk. The hotel had a central location close to the lake.

Lovely little hotel, the idea of having deluxe suite was great. The staff was all excellent friendly and extremely friendly. The location was particularly good, in the pub in the evening, convenient to go everywhere. The main bar was a delightful surprise...

The view of the loch from our room was fine, but noise from outside kept me awake. We ordered the full Scottish breakfast, not what we expected based on the menu.

Everything is perfect here, had a fairly nice stay for the price. The units are neat with a great view. There are lots of supplies like: an electric kettle, a sofa bed and central heating.

We enjoyed it and recommend the place. There were stylish rooms with a view.

Fine sea views from the room were amazing.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The creaky floors and poor soundproofing ruined any chance of peace, especially with noises from above and adjacent rooms carrying through the walls. I found the breakfast offerings overpriced given the basic options of just toast and coffee.

The layout was great with fine views, and I loved the spacious room. Snack portions at the bar were huge, perfect for a fun night out.

Wonderful service and cozy room

The warm atmosphere immediately enveloped us, thanks to the friendly staff. Our room offered a cozy vibe, with a lovely view of the sea that was amazing.

We did face a slight inconvenience with the layout, as our room required walking outside with several steps, which could be challenging for some guests. Noise from the nearby beer garden also lingered until late.

The attic room was super cozy, and I loved that I could enjoy a cuppa while gazing at the breathtaking loch views right from my window! Relaxing on the terrace with a good book and a warm drink was just what I needed after exploring the area. One small downside was some noise from other guests above, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience. 😊

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge, and excellent service. During my first stay, the staff even gave me great taxi tips!

The view from our Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was amazing, and the staff were attentive. The food was hearty and well-priced, and we loved the relaxed ambiance throughout our stay.

The view across the Loch was a highlight, and having a kettle with a selection of teas was a nice touch after a long day. The bed felt great, ensuring a solid night's sleep. Just a heads up, noise from the bar could be heard late at night, which might interrupt some peaceful moments.

Fabulous view and good customer service

I was kinda surprised by my stay. The view of the loch from our room was fine. The staff were really nice, even accommodating our breakfast preferences with a cheerful attitude. The room was basic yet tidy, but there was some noise from the bar, made it tricky to sleep at times.
